Meet Lynn
Lynn is ready to help you live a balanced, healthy lifestyle. From personal training to fitness and yoga, she will create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers you to continually challenge yourself in a fun and rewarding way.
She teaches a variety of fitness formats, such as Yoga, Children’s Yoga (KAY), Pilates, Beach Yoga, Aerobics, Step, Interval, Aura, Small Group Training, Private Instruction, and Personal Training.
With 25 years of related experience, Lynn has taught workshops on Posture and Alignment, Adaptive Yoga, Advanced Yoga, and Charity Events such as Yoga In The Park to benefit The Mary Kay Foundation for breast cancer research and battered and abused women.
